In order to close your Gabriel Money account, please send an email to [email protected] or use the in-app messenger to send a message. To ensure a smooth process and for security purposes, kindly include the following information in your message to confirm your identity:

1) E-mail

2) Last 4 digits of Social Security Number

3) Date of Birth

If you have funds in your account, we recommend transferring the money to an external bank account before closing your Gabriel Money account. If you don't have an external linked account yet, you can follow these steps to add one.

To transfer the money back to your Linked Account follow the steps:

1. Open the 'Gabriel Money' app.

2. Tap on the 'Card' icon at the bottom.

3. Then, select 'Make a transfer'.

4. Choose your Linked Account.

5. Enter the remaining amount to transfer from your Gabriel Account to your Linked Account.

6. Tap 'Transfer' to complete the transfer process.
